the House is built in one floor, with possibility of extension. Located in a very quiet area on the coast of Calpe, very close to the sea, surrounded by single family homes. The plot is located 1 km from the beach of Benissa and other small and quiet street, and very close to all types of facilities and services of the city. From the hall we access to the open double high “patio”, which separates the day area from the night.
