With the help of this service, each registered agent can choose offers according to needed characteristics and send them to his clients. The REAL ESTATE CATALOGUE for selecting and sending properties to clients is suitable for independent use. The newsletter does not contain any logos and contacts, except agent’s email.

REAL ESTATE CATALOGUE FOR AGENTS is located on a separate domain, which DOES NOT HAVE ANY CONTACTS AND CONNECTIONS with Luxinvest Portal, and you may not worry that your clients will contact LuxInvest Portal directly.

MY ACCOUNT is located on LuxInvest Portal, and will allow partners to post their offers in the "MY PROPERTIES" section, and agents to choose offers in the "MAILING OF OBJECT" section and send them to their clients without contacts and any links.

The registration procedure for the MY ACCOUNT:

1. Register, enter email and get the password to your email. When registering, the email address must be indicated correctly, since the password for accessing the data directory will be sent to this email. If you have already completed the registration procedure before, you can restore the lost password using “Forgot your password?”
2. In the section "MAILING OF OBJECTS" using the "ADVANCED SEARCH" window you can select offers that interest your clients.
3. To activate and click on "SEND MARKED PROPERTIES", tick the selected properties (all properties are marked with one tick in the table heading).
4. In the next window with the form of mailing of the selected offers, you can change and add text, and you must enter emails using the "EDIT LIST".
5. This list of recipients will open in the "MY CLIENTS" section, and you can add any email addresses: yours, your clients, agents and other recipients, but not the one to which you have registered My Account. It is possible to send simultaneously to several recipients.
6. By clicking the button "CONTINUE" you will see the final version of the letter. It is necessary to tick "YES, I AGREE AND ACCEPT THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS" and then click "SEND A NEWSLETTER", after which the letter with offers will be sent.

New properties are constantly added to the Real Estate Catalogue, and existing offers are updated, so you can show new offers to customers by pressing the button “SHOW OBJECTS” when selecting real estate - “last month”, “last week”, “today”.
