You only need to register on our web site and sign up the cooperation agreement sent you via e-mail.

This is a completely new service intended for sales property agents overseas in Spain and other countries worldwide ( more over 70 countries). It can be used by Real Estate agents, travel agencies and individual users.

Using this service, once the registration process is done, each agent can select the menu "PROPERTY´S NEWSLETTER", to select options on interest according to option of the base property and send them to their clients.  The basic benefit of this system lies in the fact that there is an opportunity to use the catalog for the property selection sending it  to clients and agents without a previous review, and this newsletter does not contain any logos or contacts, except the mail registered agent address.  Besides there is a function of uploading photos and full property´s description in 4 different formats, suitable for any use.  

You can start collaboration with us with a registration signing  a collaboration agreement and send it a scanned copy of YOUR leading agent who can advise you on all issues.

 
Please pay special attention that the registration must be correctly entered your email address; because from that moment you´ll have your password to access the database. If you had previously passed the registration procedure, we can recover your lost password, please use the option clicking  "Forget Password". A new password will be sent by e-mail specified at registration.

After you register and receive a password via e-mail, you will have access to the  AGENT PROPERTY CATALOGUE - a huge database of properties that can satisfy all need and wish of any customer!

INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE OF THE PROPERTY CATALOG:

DIRECTORY FOR AGENTS  - this page HAS NO CONTACT INFORMATION so you can be assured that your customers and agents  do not contact the seller properties.

This directory is useful for tour operators and companies with their own agents. You are also free to use to deliver it to your customers and agents.

The catalog of the properties all the partners (sellers) part of "My Listings" can establish their own products, and all agents can select properties in "MAILING PROPERTIES" sending them to your contacts and customers without any reference to our website. This all can be done without the participation of company managers, partners, owners and other real estate sellers. Even after selecting customer specific properties, you have to send a request to the LEADING AGENT and elaborate travel arrangements, display and sale of property options individually with each potential buyer.

In order to use the catalog, you have to do the followng:

Go to the LINK - signing up to receive e-mail address and password for your e-mail. (If you have already registered and do not remember your password, click "Forgot Password", enter email address and  we will send you a new one.)

 Then enter in the section: "SEND PROPERTIES."

 In the section "Advanced Search" you can select objects of interest for your customers and send them according to the search results.

 This can be done as follows: after selecting the desired criteria and characteristics of the property options, click on "Search" button, and then click a window with the selected property. If you need to send suggestions, please click on the button next to the properties number  the opportunity to celebrate together all your choices click the check mark located on the top menu. You can also deselect all objects by clicking on an empty square.

You can introduce all necessary information the following way: after selecting the desired criteria and characteristics of the property, do click on "Search" button, and then open a window with the selected objects, and if you need send selected properties, select them clicking on the button next to the property’s number  or note together all your choices clicking them with marking note located on the top menu. You can also deselect all the properties by clicking on an empty square.

 
Once a selection is made, click on the "SEND selected properties." button. Next, you see the form of distribution of selected results, where you can edit and add text, e-mail adress clicking on the "EDIT LIST" in the option "LIST of Recipients."

This list will be opened in "MY CLIENTS" section where you can add all e-mail addresses: yours, your customers, agents and other recipients. There is a special function for sending letters to multiple recipients.

 By clicking  "NEXT" button, you will see the final version of the letter, where you can check the content and if you want to change something,  press "Cancel" and return to the previous form. If you are satisfied with the contents of the letter, click - "Yes, I agree and accept" and then the button will be enabled "to pitch" when you send a letter to the proposals will be made.  

PROPERTIES CATALOGUE is made for objects and constantly being made, updated on the relevance of the offers, so you can show customers new options by pressing the button CHOOSING properties "Per month", "weekly", "Today."

 
For sent and received letters each customer site, when you click  "For details click here", opens with a photo and description of the property - DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE ITEM. There is no other contact details, other than the form, fill in that, customers will be able to write you a message that will come to the address provided during registration Personal Cabinet.
